Henry Buck
Henry is a former Regional Representative and Marketing Manager for the Bonefish & Tarpon Trust, as well as a former member of the Young Everglades Patrons for the Everglades Foundation, and an Associate Trustee for the Horizon Foundation, not to mention, a father of two. Henry is also a part owner of Miami’s Pure Water Factory. Water has always been a focal point for Henry, whether it is clean water for consumption or healthy habitats for our sea creatures.
In 2018 a BTT intern studied the local tap water and discussed lab tests with the team, the results were enough to scare anyone, since then Henry has been on a mission to address contamination in our drinking water and our oceans. Henry is an avid angler and conservationist, typically chasing fish in the Bahamas and the Keys, he believes in grass root endeavors like OFI, and others, to address the issues facing the water that we consume and the many creatures that reside in our oceans.
Henry is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the board of OFI and looks forward to working with many different people to come together and speak for those that cannot, most notably, sharks!
